About This

• 0.1 MICRON OIL COALESCING FILTER: This 1/2" NPT compressed air coalescing filter removes oil aerosols, water mist, rust, and sub-micron particulates down to 0.1 micron, delivering clean, oil-free air for spray painting, sandblasting, plasma cutting, and air tools
• REMOVES OIL & WATER AEROSOLS: Works as an inline oil water separator and moisture trap on your air compressor line, coalescing tiny oil and water droplets into large drops that drain away and protecting downstream air dryers, valves, tools, and sensitive pneumatic equipment from contamination
• FLOW RATE 37 SCFM @ 90 PSIG: Rated to 250 PSI maximum body pressure with low pressure drop (under 10 PSI) and a 23-140 F operating range; install vertically and downstream of a 5-40 micron particulate pre-filter to extend element life and cut maintenance
• HEAVY-DUTY METAL BOWL, 250 PSI Max Supply Pressure: Ideal for high-pressure systems above 150 PSI and where solvents harmful to polycarbonate are present; includes sight glass to monitor collected fluid. Manual twist-to-drain empties the bowl quickly and easily
• COMPLETE & READY TO INSTALL: 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports, mounting bracket included, and a pre-installed FM-series 0.1 micron coalescing element (replacement element kits available). Note: remove the gray foam packing material from the bottom of the filter before use
