About This

• 【1/2" Binding Combs Included】Our comb binding machine comes with a starter kit that includes 30 black 1/2" binding combs. These 19-ring comb binding spines are designed to ideally fit letter-sized papers. They are well-suited for use in school, offices or at home, making them a great gift for teachers, students, and colleagues.
• 【19-Hole Punching, Designed for Letter Size】The 19-hole comb binding machine is specifically designed for U.S. Letter Size paper. With a fixed paper guide and 3mm margin, it delivers consistent hole placement every time, helping you create clean, professional-looking documents without frequent adjustments.
• 【Easy to Use, Just Punch and Bind】The comb binding machine features a dual-functional handle that allows punching and binding in one machine, making document binding simple and efficient. This not only saves time and effort but also helps you create professional-looking reports, manuals, and presentations at home, school, or in the office. Before first use, punch scrap paper at least 6 times to remove the protective anti-rust oil applied during manufacturing.
• ➤Tips: ① Make sure to press the punching handle all the way down in one continuous motion. Avoid stopping halfway, as this may cause incomplete punching or the paper to become stuck. ② If you're punching 8 sheets of paper at once, you may need to apply additional force. For a smoother punching experience and more consistent results, we recommend punching 6 sheets at a time and repeating as needed. ③ When binding, position the binding comb with its open side facing upward. After opening the comb, engage the lock to keep it open while loading pages.
• 【Punching Capacity of 8 Sheets】Punch up to 8 sheets of 20lb paper at a time for efficient document preparation. For smoother operation and more consistent results, we recommend punching 6 sheets at a time and repeating as needed. To ensure accurate hole placement, insert the paper all the way into the slot before punching.
• 【Compatible with PVC, PP Covers & Cardstock】 PVC and PP covers should be punched separately from paper, with only one cover punched at a time for best results. Compatible with PVC and PP covers up to 12Mil thick and cardstock covers up to 450gsm, making it easy to create professional-looking reports, presentations, manuals, and other bound documents.
• 【Binding Capacity of Up to 145 Sheets】 The comb binding machine can bind up to 145 sheets of 20lb paper using a 3/4" (19mm) plastic binding comb, making it suitable for reports, manuals, training materials, presentations, and other large binding projects. The included 1/2" binding combs can bind up to 120 sheets. Please note that 3/4" plastic binding combs are not included with this comb binding machine.
