About This

• Please note that this product is only compatible with Hillieien Bathroom Sink Faucet Water Filter for Skin Care.
• [Why does my filter cartridge turn yellow or black so quickly?]-- This is a normal sign that the filter is actively working. The outer PP cotton layer is designed to capture large particles such as rust, sand, and other visible impurities.Yellowing within a few days is expected – it shows that the filter is effectively removing iron rust and sediment from your water.
• Turning darker or black faster than usual may happen in certain areas with old iron pipes, private well water, or during municipal pipe maintenance when large amounts of sediment are released.
• [Does this mean the filter is defective?] --No. In fact, a cartridge that turns dark quickly indicates that it is capturing more contaminants and preventing them from entering your bath water. The filter is protecting you, not failing.
• [How long does the filter last?] -- For most households with treated city water, one cartridge lasts 2–3 months. In areas with heavy sediment or old plumbing, the filter may need replacement more frequently. This is not a defect, but a reflection of local water conditions.
• [How we help reduce costs?] -- We understand that no one wants to replace cartridges too often. That’s why we offer: Value packs and subscription options at a lower cost per filter. Upgraded cartridges (coming soon) designed for heavy-duty water conditions.
• Our goal is not to sell more cartridges, but to provide safer, cleaner bath water for you and your family.
